The highly important, Grade 2* listed mansion ‘Moor Park House’ was converted into 3 luxury apartments with 9 mews houses in the courtyard. Planning was obtained to convert the listed on-site Chapel into a 2 bedroom house with a free standing mezzanine installed to increase floor space without affecting the historical fabric of the building.
Further planning permission was gained for 13 new build apartments in the existing walled garden. This stunning new-build development is riverside and set amongst 71 acres of unspoilt parkland, 50 acres of which was retained with a further new build farmhouse and barn currently under construction, with its 3rd and final planning granted September 2023 for 6,000 sqft dwelling with pool, tennis court, stables, sat in 20+ acres. Due to be completed by Pilcot Construction in 2024.
